Holly Lodge Community Association's Management Committee (itself comprised of volunteers) is assisted both by staff and volunteers in carrying out its programme.

During the week 3 local people give their time to help with frail and elderly members of the Luncheon Club. Another 2 take lunches to housebound members. A further two are gardeners and one of these, with another colleague, carries out maintenance tasks. Young volunteers support unconfident learners in the computer learning suite. Staff assist in their own time with fund-raising, managing the minibus shared with Ingestre Road Community Centre, training, and driving. We have two other volunteer drivers who enable older/less mobile people to do their own shopping.

Members of the public with an interest in the community can apply for a range of voluntary roles and receive training and skills which will help them in future workplaces.
